One King. One Body. One Mission.

We Have One King
and His name is Jesus

We Are One Body
and that is The Body of Christ

We Live One Mission
and that is to Advance His Kingdom

OUR MISSION…

is to lead people into the full reality of Kingdom life on the Earth through Spirit-filled teaching, genuine relationships, and encounters with Jesus.

WORSHIP EXPERIENCES

When you step onto campus or join in online, you will find our services are centered on pursuing the presence of God in worship, giving, and the Word. When we are united with one desire, we believe something special happens. Hearts are transformed. Lives are restored. Faith is grown. And hope is discovered.

Sundays at 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM

Come early for the 9:00 AM service or join us a little later for the 11:00.  The coffee is always as warm as the welcome. Sometimes the early service is so powerful we can’t stop, so just join right in! Everyone is primed and ready to continue praising and to engage with Pastor Derek in the revelation and application of God’s Word. Students grade 7-12 join their parents in the main worship center.

apKids: The kids check in and then go directly to various classes that offer age-specific worship, discipleship, and teaching.

Wednesdays at 7:00 PM

Wednesday night “Life At AP” offers something for the entire family. Every Wednesday night the adults gather in the worship center to pursue the heart of the Father through worship and impactful teaching. Our students and kids experience times of community with one another and age-specific discipleship.

WHAT TO EXPECT

God is very passionate about humanity. The atmosphere at Ambassadors’ Pointe is charged with faith and joy as we respond to His love. People in the congregation may worship in a variety of ways at any given moment: singing, raising hands, silence, laughter, standing, bowing, weeping, and/or shouting. We passionately pursue God’s presence so that everyone may encounter Him and be changed.

This Is why…

We lift our hands.
“I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.” (Ps. 63:4) “Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord.” (Ps. 134:2) “I spread out my hands to you, my soul thirsts for you like a parched land.” (Ps. 143:6)
We allow the gifts of the Spirit to operate within the church.
The gifts were given by the Holy Spirit to operate within the Church body for the purpose of edification. “I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; for he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification…Even so you, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, let it be for the edification of the church that you seek to excel…How is it then, brethren? Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification.” (1 Cor. 14:5, 12, 26)
The church prays together for specific needs.
“When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. ‘Sovereign Lord,’ they said, ‘you made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them’.” (Acts 4:24)
We offer audible praises unto God.
“Shout with joy to God..” (Ps. 66:1) “..Let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.” (Ps. 95:1) “Shout for the joy of the Lord…shout for joy before the Lord, the King.” (Ps. 98:4,6)
We pray for the sick.
“Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up.” (James 5:15-15)

COVENANT CLASS

While we don’t focus on church membership, we do believe in covenant! Our Covenant Class examines a new kind of relational connection and challenges participants to base relationships on practical and applicable Biblical principles. The class will show you how to interact with each other in new and more productive ways. We also review AP’s history, learn about Kingdom culture, and explore how we can help you move from the pew to the plow. If you are interested in learning more about AP and about covenant relationship, we invite you to join us in this 3-week adventure!

Kevin Hill

Assoc. Worship Pastor
Fun Fact

Pastor Kevin can sing in any key and plays a lot of instruments.  His son Kevin, Jr. is a solid drummer, too.

Read Bio

Kevin Timothy Hill, Sr., born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, has been a worship leader and teacher for over seven years. You can say church and music were in his blood, as his grandparents have served as pastors of a long-standing Apostolic church on the east side of Cleveland for over 40 years. His mother served as a worship leader and his father as a guitarist during his childhood years. Kevin began singing at the age of four and was quickly thrust into musicianship at the age of seven when he began playing the drums for the church. Kevin has four brothers and four sisters, so spending time with family is one of his favorite things to do.
Kevin moved to Cincinnati in his senior year of high school in May, 2006. He eventually met his wife, Lachelle, who at the time served as worship leader for New Life Outreach Church. They would marry nearly a year later on May 31, 2007, and today they have two vibrant, wonderful children, Kevin, Jr., “The Musician,” and Gabrielle, “The Dancer.”
In 2010, Kevin accepted his call as a preacher of the Gospel and was ordained as a minister. Since that time, he has dedicated his time to helping small churches all over Cincinnati in the areas of praise and worship and music.
