One King. One Body. One Mission.
We Have One King
and His name is Jesus
We Are One Body
and that is The Body of Christ
We Live One Mission
and that is to Advance His Kingdom
When you step onto campus or join in online, you will find our services are centered on pursuing the presence of God in worship, giving, and the Word. When we are united with one desire, we believe something special happens. Hearts are transformed. Lives are restored. Faith is grown. And hope is discovered.
Sundays at 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM
Come early for the 9:00 AM service or join us a little later for the 11:00. The coffee is always as warm as the welcome. Sometimes the early service is so powerful we can’t stop, so just join right in! Everyone is primed and ready to continue praising and to engage with Pastor Derek in the revelation and application of God’s Word. Students grade 7-12 join their parents in the main worship center.
apKids: The kids check in and then go directly to various classes that offer age-specific worship, discipleship, and teaching.
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Wednesday night “Life At AP” offers something for the entire family. Every Wednesday night the adults gather in the worship center to pursue the heart of the Father through worship and impactful teaching. Our students and kids experience times of community with one another and age-specific discipleship.
WHAT TO EXPECT
God is very passionate about humanity. The atmosphere at Ambassadors’ Pointe is charged with faith and joy as we respond to His love. People in the congregation may worship in a variety of ways at any given moment: singing, raising hands, silence, laughter, standing, bowing, weeping, and/or shouting. We passionately pursue God’s presence so that everyone may encounter Him and be changed.
This Is why…
We lift our hands.
We allow the gifts of the Spirit to operate within the church.
The church prays together for specific needs.
We offer audible praises unto God.
We pray for the sick.
While we don’t focus on church membership, we do believe in covenant! Our Covenant Class examines a new kind of relational connection and challenges participants to base relationships on practical and applicable Biblical principles. The class will show you how to interact with each other in new and more productive ways. We also review AP’s history, learn about Kingdom culture, and explore how we can help you move from the pew to the plow. If you are interested in learning more about AP and about covenant relationship, we invite you to join us in this 3-week adventure!

Lynn & Natasha
Pastor Lynn embodies raw and authentic passion through poetry and speaking. If he doesn’t fire you up, you may want to check your pulse.
Lynn Woods is a graduate of the Newlife Bible Institute where he received his bachelor’s degree in theology in 2005. He has been ministering through the gift of spoken word for over ten years and is currently chapter director of True Voices Cincinnati spoken word organization. True Voices is a national movement reaching this generation for Christ through proclaiming the Gospel in artistic, relevant, and urban avenues. He and his wife NaTosha are both Cincinnati natives and were married in May of 2009 on her birthday. NaTosha is currently working full-time at Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority and for over 3 years has been using her administrative assistant skills to bring order and clarity to CMHA. They have one precious daughter Lynniah Destiny Ann who was born on Halloween 2015 and has forever changed their lives.
Pastor Shannon has served in kids ministry for over two decades, and she is childhood friends with George Clooney.
Shannon has joyfully served as a pastor to kids for the last 24 years, eighteen of which she served alongside her parents, Dr. Mike and Colleen Murray, founders of Love and Faith Christian Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She joined the brand-new team at AP in January of 2013. Her passion is finding fun, creative, and relevant ways to demonstrate to children just how much God loves them, that He longs to be their constant companion, and that He created them to make an imprint of love in this world through Him! Through fresh praise and worship, drama, cool media, puppets, and interactive messages, her goal is to help kids to Go Big for God as they come to faith in Jesus Christ!
Assoc. Worship Pastor
Pastor Kevin can sing in any key and plays a lot of instruments. His son Kevin, Jr. is a solid drummer, too.
Kevin Timothy Hill, Sr., born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, has been a worship leader and teacher for over seven years. You can say church and music were in his blood, as his grandparents have served as pastors of a long-standing Apostolic church on the east side of Cleveland for over 40 years. His mother served as a worship leader and his father as a guitarist during his childhood years. Kevin began singing at the age of four and was quickly thrust into musicianship at the age of seven when he began playing the drums for the church. Kevin has four brothers and four sisters, so spending time with family is one of his favorite things to do.
Kevin moved to Cincinnati in his senior year of high school in May, 2006. He eventually met his wife, Lachelle, who at the time served as worship leader for New Life Outreach Church. They would marry nearly a year later on May 31, 2007, and today they have two vibrant, wonderful children, Kevin, Jr., “The Musician,” and Gabrielle, “The Dancer.”
In 2010, Kevin accepted his call as a preacher of the Gospel and was ordained as a minister. Since that time, he has dedicated his time to helping small churches all over Cincinnati in the areas of praise and worship and music.
Joe Middleton has teamed up with numerous ministries over the last two decades, serving in various administrative capacities and leading in worship training/productions. His focal contributions in media include graphic art, web design, sound reinforcement, videography, and IT systems. Joe’s ongoing mission is to build a team that serves the Lord in excellence, driven by a genuine pursuit for God’s absolute truth to be communicated with great impact both inside and outside the walls of the places we congregate. His wife Chesney said “Yes” over thirteen years ago and has become his tandem partner in ministry. Their daughter Willow is seven years old and aspires to be a rock star when she grows up. A son was born into the Middleton family just over a year ago. He was appropriately named Judah, which means “praise” in Hebrew.
